Another cloud of spam accounts that are all linking to the same video site.
These accounts are trying to stay under the radar by not mass-following others. However, the fact that there are dozens of them, all with a single tweet, all created within minutes of each other, and all linking to the same video site qualifies them as a spamcloud.
